Inspired by the Outdoors offers a 30 day money back guarantee on most product purchases. All returns must be received in unused condition in the original packaging including all tags and labels. Due to health regulations, we are unable to accept returns on items such as blankets, sheets, and bedding.
Other non-returnable items include clearance and holiday merchandise.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Process for Returns:
Contact us to receive a “Return Authorization Number”. Please, also include your order #, order date, and the ship to name. At this time we will provide you with the return address. You can use any carrier you choose (FedEx, UPS, USPS) to ship the product back to us or our supplier. Returns must be shipped prepaid and insured for your protection. In order for a refund to be issued we must receive the item undamaged, unused, unaltered, and in the original packaging. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.
If your product purchase is damaged during shipping we will replace the item at no cost to you. We must be notified of the damage within 3 business days of you receiving it. Photos of the damage may be required. The damaged item(s) must be shipped back to us or our suppliers.
Refusal of Item(s):
If you refuse to accept shipment of the product you've purchased these item(s) will be returned back to us. There will be a 10% restocking fee plus shipping and handling fees that will be non refundable.
Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours from the time it was placed. If the item(s) has already shipped, it must be returned by following the returns policy as stated above.
